Satsuki completed her Yoga Teacher 200 (RYT200) training course in Tokyo, where she learned how to teach safe and enjoyable yoga tailored for each student. In her class, students learn how to connect their breath with fluid and sequenced movements. She teaches variation in each pose so that students can customize their practice. Satsuki focuses on alignment and technique with a very hands on approach. This elicits a deeper connection and understanding of mind and body while practicing yoga.
